If you like to swim, surf or walk on the beach, we are only 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches. It’s a 35 minute drive to Perez Zeledon or Uvita for shopping, banking, etc. There are several organic markets in the area and we are only ten minutes from the Tuesday Tinamastes organic market.

Located about 450 meters above sea level very close to all the amenities of the town but in a very private part where the only thing you will enjoy is the nature around.

This beautiful contemporary style house has an excellent combination of concrete walls and wood floors and ceilings giving a lot of freshness to the place. The house has access with electric gate and area to enter several cars. The access to the house is with sliding windows which gives a lot of natural light to the place.

Inside we can find 2 bedrooms with A/C, two full bathrooms, living room, kitchen with wooden furniture with anti-bump doors, granite counter tops and laundry room. A lovely place to enjoy a wonderful weather and right in the middle of the beach and the city of San Isidro, just perfect.
