This luxury villa was built in 2017. It features three bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to the outside terrace and has stunning ocean view rooms. Each of the bathrooms includes a wooden vanity, a white sink, and a tile shower with a glass door. The fourth bedroom features two sets of queen-size bunk beds with two sets of stairs to make it more accessible.

This luxury villa features a variety of modern details and natural wood furniture, beginning in the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. They even feature high wooden ceilings. The gourmet kitchen includes wood cabinets and a spacious wooden pantry for all your groceries. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a granite island with bar stool seating for six. The dining room includes an 8-10person custom-made Guanacaste wood table with leather cream chairs. A black triple-light island chandelier completes the room ambiance. The living room features a sectional sofa, a flat screen TV, and a BOSE stereo system. It also includes tropical touches, such as local plants, Balinese statues, displays of wooden fish on the shelves. It opens up right to your outside terrace.

The large outside terrace offers the perfect relaxing paradise. It features a collection of outdoor furniture, including a sofa and swing, where you can just savor the majestic views. You’ll see an abundance of trees, as well as the whale’s tail from the outside terrace and pool deck. It’s the ideal spot to practice some outdoor yoga or meditation amidst the beauty of nature. There is also an outdoor table with seating for up to 10 people and an outdoor grilling area, ideal for dining outside. Around the infinity pool, you’ll find several loungers for sunbathing, and the pool is perfect for relaxing in.

One of our favorite parts of this luxury villa is its open-air design. It features many spacious windows and door walls in each room to bring in natural sunlight. This also means you can see the colorful sunset from every room in the house. With the high elevation of the house and the abundance of ceiling fans, there’s a gentle breeze coming through at all times. The front of the house looks like your own little rain forest. They’ve landscaped the house by putting pavers and rocks in, as well as adding tropical trees and flowers. You’ll also find some more Balinese statues.

The luxury villa comes fully furnished and turn-key. The previous owner rented it out as a vacation rental and the property has received amazing reviews on websites, such as HomeAway.com and Airbnb.com.

The other thing we love is the location. Hermosa Retreat 5.0 is conveniently located in the heart of everything. Playa Hermosa Beach is only four minutes away, while the city of Uvita is merely five minutes to the North. Dominical is only 10 minutes to the South and the famous Manual Antonio National Park is only 40 minutes away. The Quepos airport is a half hour away.

With living in the center of everything, you’re surrounded by outdoor activities. If you want to get a closer look at the infamous Whale’s Tail, you can see it better from the beaches in Costa Ballena National Park. It can be difficult to hike on uneven rocks so wear the appropriate footwear. However, the sight is well worth it—there are thousands of tide pools and rock formations near the tip of the whale’s tail. This is just the beginning. In nearby Dominical, you’ll find the Nauyaca Waterfalls, which you can ride up to on horseback. In addition at Playa Dominical beach, they have some of the highest waves for experienced surfers.
