This simple home has spectacular mountain views, a private road to the Rio Guabo, abundant wildlife, and is located in Lagunas (upscale neighborhood near Dominical). It is a very private residence and yet is only 15 minutes from the beach. The house is just above the Rio Guabo with a private access road and a five minute walk to pools, waterfalls, and almost always spectacular wildlife sightings. The home has two large (300 sq ft) porches, one off the great room downstairs and one off the huge master bedroom upstairs. These porches are the real living space for the house!
