Farm Tres Rios Water Details

There are 3 water springs on this property.

1) This main spring is 200 meters from lot 9. The water system for this water source is already partially in place. A 3 inch pipe is in place that brings water to the development below this property and is shared with the development below. Collection of the water already exists at the water source. This collection takes the water 100 meters down into a large water tank. From this tank the water can be pumped to lot 9, which is, 100 meter away or it can be pumped to the upper lots. This water source was tested and gives 7 liters of water per second.

2) The second water spring is higher than lot 12 and can be gravity fed to all of the lots below that and pumped to lot 13 and 14 easily.

3) The third water spring is at the very top of the property. Above the large waterfall, right before the neighbouring property. It is difficult to access but is there if needed.
