It features a sectional cream sofa, made with all weather-proof Sunbrella fabric. All of the furniture is local custom made in Costa Rica. This living room also includes bi-fold opening glass doors that open up to the terrace dining and living room area.

The terrace area leads into a large outdoor area, which features a large wooden deck with a variety of teak lounge chairs, perfect for watching the ocean views and Isla Ballena views. It also includes an infinity lap pool with a waterfall, ideal for swimming laps or merely staying cool. A Jacuzzi hot tub is attached to the infinity pool. Off among the trees, there is a covered pavilion with a round sofa swing. This setting is ideal for relaxing as a couple or as a family.
