Just a few miles down the coast is the National Reserve of Curu with paths, tours and great opportunity to take pictures of the domesticated monkeys and deer there.
A ten-minute drive from this home you will arrive in the small town of Paquera. Small, but complete with supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, a 24/7 hospital, hardware stores, a gas station and much more. Crime is almost non exixtent here and the local people are said to be the friendliest in Costa Rica.
