The garden has plenty of space for possible expansions or additional constructions. Each cabin includes a private bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a refrigerator for guest comfort.

The property also has a large ranch that serves as a communal kitchen and dining area, complete with two cooking stations and a freezer, making it suitable for larger groups.

Additionally, there is a fully automated water well that reaches 36 meters deep, providing reliable water supply, plus a direct connection to the main source of water which is provided by the local Aqueduct. With a capacity to accommodate up to 31 guests, this lodge offers an excellent investment opportunity in the beautiful paradise region of Costa Rica, close to the beach and the community of San Francisco de Coyote.
