This special area has access to both clay and asphalt tennis courts, a local fitness room and a beautifully maintained pool area to relax around in the afternoon between surf sessions or tennis! The 506 community is one of the very few gated communities with 24 hour gated security entrance. Your Home Owners Association dues cover general maintenance of the common green areas, pool services, trash pickup & security at the gated entrance.
